International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost. 

We are happy to help you make your Côté Caché item the perfect gift. We include gift/presentation boxes for free on all online orders.

If you would prefer not to receive a gift box, then just let us know when making your order. Your gift order will be packed in a special pouch made from traditional Korean natural cotton, known as “Mumyeong”, inside a recyclable branded box with a care card.

We can also include a short personalised message with your order for free. Please let us know if you would like this by sending us a quick message at checkout. Please also let us know at the time of purchase if you would like a gift receipt with your order.

If you forget to include any of this information then feel free to email us with your order number at info@cotecache.co.uk as soon as possible and will do our best to add it to your order for you.
