When You Order
When making an order online payment will be taken immediately. After your order is complete you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. We will process your order within 1-2 working days. Your order will then be posted to you.
If there is any issue with your order we will contact you via email within 1-2 working days.
Cancelling An Order
Once made, online orders will be processed ready for shipping within 1-2 working days. If you wish to cancel your order please email us on email@example.com as soon as possible. We will cancel your order so long as it has not already been shipped. Items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled but can be returned for a full refund within 28 days. This website takes payments securely using Shopify Payments Gateway, and Paypal, which use secure HTTPS encryption protocols to keep your details safe. Côté Caché does not store or save any of your card details locally.
Online orders are charged at the time of ordering. We accept most major credit/debit cards including Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept cheque, postal orders, or cash for online orders.
All orders are charged in British Pounds, but we also accept most major currencies. Your bank or card provider may charge you a conversion fee when paying for products on this site.
Overseas Orders, Including Europe
We ship to Europe, Scandinavia, USA, and Canada.
Overseas shipping costs vary and are displayed in the shipping options at the time of purchase. Standard EU shipping is approximately £9. Standard US shipping is approximately £15.90. All orders are shipped using a tracked/recorded service as standard. Some may require a signature upon receipt.

Please note that orders to overseas locations may incur import duty/taxes at the border. Please make sure you check the import costs in your area as you made need to pay these in order to release your item from customs. We are not responsible for these costs.
When Will My Order Arrive?
UK mainland orders are posted using a First Class recorded delivery service as standard. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the time of year, but most orders will arrive within 2-5 working days.
Overseas order will depend on your location and can be effected by your region's customs procedures. Orders to the US and Canada are usually delivered within 10 working days, but can sometimes take as long as 21 working days, especially during holiday seasons. Orders within Europe are usually delivered within 7 working days but may take longer.

*COVID19 May Effect Your Delivery-
Global and regional measures by governments responding to the COVID19 outbreak may cause significant delays to your delivery. It is not possible for us to estimate what these delays may be, as they vary according to circumstance. We are still shipping items to our customers within our normal time-frames, but we ask that you expect that deliveries may take longer than usual once in the hands of the courier.
What If I Don't Receive My Order?
You should allow up to 7 days for UK orders to arrive. You may need to wait up 28 days for international orders. In the rare case that you haven't received your order by then please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will help you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit we are happy to offer a refund or replacement.
We offer 28 day returns/exchanges on all items except earrings, for which we offer 14 days. Please see our Returns Section for full details.
